Romance fills the air with 'No Title'!

Well it was to.

'No Title' was to be uploaded today on FF.net, but due to some technical errors that either my computer or FF.net was facing, I was unable to post it up.

For that, I am really sorry for those awaiting the new one-shot. However, no avail! I will upload 'No Title' as soon my computer or FF.net overcomes the technical glitch. This, I think it is most likely something wrong on my side.

For everyone that has been waiting.

I bow and apologise.

-

Onto another SS:

Guess which image is this part of?

Those who have read the 'Prologues', voted and seen the results. I'm sure you will have a good guess where this comes from.

Until I can finish writing this very long one-shot, I hope all will
continue to support this story and its production.

Thank you for the hard work.

-

There's a new addition to the column on the right. Scroll down and one will be able to see the 'recommend' section.

A message popped into my mail box one day to ask me what stories that I have written that are considered good to read. I had wanted to reply saying that all the stories I have written are equally good. Until I realised that apparently the Mai-Hime SS I have written are very different, apart from the fact that all of the stories are part of the romance genre.

Hence, I replied, saying that I will do something on my homepage that will have my recommendations.

I haven't finished the 'recommend' column yet, but rest assured, I will not only recommend my works, but those of other writers on FF.net too. They are, after all, writers that have written works that have grabbed my attention, though how simple or complex their works are.

All of us procrastinate, but I will keep on updating that part; since I have to do the banners too.

*Click on the images (Banners) to go straight to the stories on recommendation.

Once at the recommended site, I hope you'll enjoy the written works; Mai-Hime SS or not.

The Galaxy Fairy meets...

The Frontier songstress!

I can't get out of the Macross Frontier fun, even when there is a fickle minded protagonist in the show that thinks too much about flying in the sky...

Geez.

And they both of them fall for him.

How the world is very unfair, even though how fair we try to make it.

-

I went back to my old school and I walked into the library to find that it had changed quite a bit. However the librarian was still the same lady when I was studying there.

I said a few 'hello's here and there and then finally ended up at the counter. I walked up to the side and said my hello to the librarian and she was so happy to see me again; since I practically camped in the library in the last year in this school.

I had a very short hilarious conversation with her and it made this special day a lot happier. It went somewhat like this:

She looked at me with a bright smile and I placed my free hand on the partition that went to my chest. I smiled back and she started off in a nice easy talk of where I was studying at the moment. Then suddenly it came onto a path where she had thought I was studying the program for the graduates in school.

I was confused and rose my eyebrows,

'Aren't you always here with that girl?'

'Which girl?'

I looked up to scan at the library and looked back down when she said,

'Your friend that always comes here. That girl...'

Inside my head, I was very much confused since I couldn't make out which friend I came to the library all the time with...and furthermore a girl. Then she continued, quite unexpectedly,

'That girl, with the tall boy.'

It struck me like a bolt and I laughed, a bit too loudly, and snickered behind a grin.

'Oh! You got the wrong person!'

I didn't follow after that, since my head was filled with the two that she was referring to, and somehow she could accidentally mistake me for someone else.

I'm impressed.

I didn't even know how she could link me with those two.

I wasn't even close to them.

The human mind works in wonders and I question, why?

-

To S.L.Y.K, Aki, A.K, Major, lil'nutcase, Chinney, Joz, Gunner, O.K, and Lala.

I know that the following might be quite a drag but this is for you:

Sometimes, I wonder why, you still say a hello to me when at times I completely ignore you. Sometimes, I wonder how you can tolerate my dry sense of sarcasm and get away without getting hurt quite badly by it. Sometimes, I wonder why you hug me, pounce on me, strangle me and do whatever you do to me, and let me scowl at you and throw a fit.

Sometimes, I wonder why you can still look at me in the eye and say things that critically hurt both sides and still get away with laughter that will eventually engulf us. Sometimes, I wonder why you can let me break you and allow me to come crawling back to your haven to seek refuge, where I feel that I am not even allowed to step inside.

Sometimes, I wonder why you can let me play with the sensibility of others, and even your own, when you know that it will only make things worse; yet you still say that everything is alright.

Sometimes, I wonder why you can let me continue to whine, groan, and procrastinate while others keep moving on; while you continue to stand by my side and say lets move along.

Sometimes, I wonder why you are willingly to hold me until my aches and pains are gone even when the sun has set and the darkness fallen. Sometimes, I wonder why you are willingly to slap me in the face with facts that things are to be this way and not the other, and know that I seemingly have the power to bite back to make things crumble.

Sometimes, I wonder why you leave me on my own when I'm on the floor whithering in pain, and you on the other hand, stand so far and just pretend not to notice. Sometimes, I wonder why you allow me to keep your secrets and sometimes don't. Sometimes, I wonder why you share your true tears but not your real laughter...

Sometimes...

Sometimes, I wonder why you are always there. Sometimes, I wonder why I am being so selfish. Sometimes, I wonder why you are still here beside me, in front of me, behind me.

Sometimes, I wonder why.

Sometimes I just realise that things won't always be like that. Sometimes, I realise time is running out. Sometimes, I have to say Happy Birthday.

Simply because, you make me happier.

Thank you for being there for me; until now.

-

Then again,

Cheers!

Ranka Lee, Macross Frontier Songstress!

Sheryl Nome is the Galaxy Fairy...There's a difference th
ere, and don't ever get the both of them mixed up.

The image above is for Cyberano's up coming work, 'Frontier Generation: Wings.' I have read a bit of it and I smell the romance in the air and Oh...

It is heavy.

Those up for some Sheryl/Ranka, head down to read Cyberano's work at FF.net, ' To the Ends of the Galaxy'. It is five good chapters and those who really find Alto a prick in the foot, one can really relax while reading this work.

*Just a warning note, it is rated T for a reason and it has the same content Mai-hime/Otome has, so those wh
o don't like such themes, then just skip it. No one is going to get mad over it.

Then, a cheer,

To Cyberano.

-

A fever gives this:

Mio-chan! Oh and not to forget:

Ayaka-chan!

Characters out from a radio recording I heard recently when I was living out my fever. It was very funny, as the conversation between the
two recording artist went as such:

The topic was focused on Mio practising her English she studied in Japan, and she was to talk to Ayaka in the second language. They were on a timer and Mio was just babbling away, in vain to finish up the last few seconds,

'Aya...Ayaka!'

'Yes?'

*Just a side note, Ayaka speaks very good English.

'I...I..Power!'

Both of them laugh, quite loudly, and Ayako goes,

'What, excuse me?'

'What time...'

'What time?'

Then they laugh again, Mio breathes, quite exasperatedly and exhales,

'Ayaka Love!'

Then there's silence and one can hear giggling from Mio and a chuckle from Ayako. Mio follows up and emphasises on the love again, Ayaka choke
s out,

'Mio, me...me too.'

'Oh thank you!'

The laughter erupts and then suddenly Ayaka continue
s on by saying,

'I love you, I miss you, I want you.'

'Thank you Ayaka!'

Then the timer buzzes and they laugh harder. Both them return to speaking their native language, laughing away on the radio.

God, I didn't know that one could get a dose of yuri over a radio pro
gram.

I were to do my thumbnails today but I ended up doing another series of thumbnails which had no relation to the assignment I was suppose to work on.

I was really deviating then.

But then again, 'Aye, Captain!'

-

Back onto Mai-Hime SS:

A new one-shot titled, 'No Title' will give its debut on the 29th! Despite me saying earlier that I will only update a new one-shot when the polls are closed, I will uploaded this new one-shot to everyone that has been waiting for a new one-shot from me.

A big sorry to those awaiting for 'And I was the concierge', it is a very long one shot and I have a feeling that it will go beyond the document limit size on FF.net. Yet, no avail, I will upload 'And I was the concierge' once I have finished writing it.

To all that have been supporting me!

Thank you for the hard work!

-

Before I had my days of camping in the house, Aki dropped by and pulled me over with her to the Hokkaido fair that was being held downtown. I was already feeling sore at the neck, but I didn't mind spend a little more time with her before she left overseas again.

The fair was held at the basement and I had a hard time standing still since the crowd pushed us along even when I returned to standing back at my original position. Aki wanted to try out the salt caramel croissant, so she dragged me over and spoke away in her native language to the old lady that stood behind the counter.

I looked at her and then back at the old lady that looked dumbfounded at what Aki was talking about and I cut in politely, giving a small yank at Aki's hand,

'Can I have two salt caramel croissants?'

The old lady then nodded hastily and turned to tell her assistant what I wanted. I paid and turned to find Aki huffing away; I followed her quietly as she walked in front of me to the other stalls.

'You better eat it when its hot.'

She gave me a look and I knitted my brows together in amusement. I pulled one to her face and she reluctantly took a bite, before taking the bag from my hands. I took a bite off and she looked at me as if I did something wrong. Then,

'Ah! You ate it!'

I brushed my mouth, and she moved to the side,

'I thought you hated caramel.'

'When did I ever say that?'

'Since the time I wanted to buy caramel sweets back.'

I shrugged my shoulder and Aki swatted my back.

-

He looked at me as if I had found out a secret, which apparently was the fact and he found it very hard to believe that I knew. He fidgeted in his seat and I reached over to take a sip of my milo before nodding at my fellow classmate that walked into the canteen.

'It was obvious.'

He jerked his head towards me and his eyes widened,

'That can't be. I never said anything; I didn't do anything.'

He shook in his seat and I stretched my fingers,

'Well, I could tell.'

'That doesn't mean they...'

I looked at him and he chewed onto his bottom lip. I could tell he was dead-right worried, then again, who wouldn't be when a secret was leaked out?

'Don't worry.' I passed him a smile and he seemed to have relaxed just a little,

'You're secret is safe with me.'

He gave out a soft breath of content and smiled back at me,

'Yours is too.'

It wasn't made long ago, and all I can say that a silent promise is not to be broken, even when one didn't say it out aloud.

Silent or not.

Are you keeping your promises?

-

Then again,

Cheers!

Meet me.

That I am glad to say.

-

The fourth chapter of 'Companion' is out! Makkron Forest: Reflections. Stay tuned for the second part of this sensational chapter. On another part of 'Companion', the below image was done to show the height difference
between Natsuki, Shizuru and Mai in Companion.

As you can see, one will roughly know who is the tallest amongst all.

Apart from that, the results of the poll on 'Your favourite Mai-Hime one-shot' remains closed until a clear line on which one-shot is the most favoured among the Mai-Hime one-shots series

Those who do not know the stories that fall under the one-shots series, they are as followed:

More than Fine

Photos of only you

Phantasm Finality

To be continued...

No Limitations

No Red

They are not in order of favourite, so... just vote on the one which you like best! Until the line is distinguished, I'll be keeping a new one-shot from being released. That, one will have to wait.

Onto another SS:

'Perfume Jukebox~remix', the first chapter will be coming soon to feeders, veiwers and much more. Stay tune to what happens after the prologue, one won't know whether there will be any ShizNat interaction or not?

Don't miss out on the ShizNat fun mixed along with Chihaya and Yukiho.

That includes the bookmarks too!

-

Meet Miyafuji Yoshika and Sakamoto Mio.

Ahem.

Let's just say that I already had an eye on these two for a long time, and with the new season for Strike Witches... I hope I see more interaction from these two. Even if it means getting them into petty arguments in
who goes after the Neuroi.

-

I met lil'nutcase today, for about five minutes before she had to take off to catch her train back home. So we had a very fast linear conversation that went across the railing that separated in from out. It went somewhat like this,

'What?'

'Oh, sorry, this.'

I handed my gift to her,

'Here.'

She reached inside her bag and pulled out a bar of chocolate,

'Oh, I got this for you.'

She looked at me inquiringly,

'You can eat chocolate right?'

I smirked and nodded while I accepted the bar from her hands. Soon before I could even start up a conversation with her, she went on about her being able to see me more often since she was going to move near my school. With that, she needed to leave and she said,

'Can you give me a hug?'

I looked at her exasperatedly and she pouted,

'You don't get to see me so often!'

I chuckled and I leaned in.

Sometimes, one has to realise that life has its moments of comforts and sometimes the moments of realisation that the ones that you have depended on are still there for you.

To, lil'nutcase.

I thank you.

Then again,

Cheers!

Splendid.

Aki is back from vacation and this is the result upon meeting her:

We had a care-free, non-controversial conversation over tea, well I had coffee, and she had tea and a slice of cheese cake which she had to forcefully shove into my mouth since how much I dislike the taste of confectionery.

I chewed, agonisingly. She had pulled back from her lean across the table and smiled deviously, which I in turn glared back and spat after swallowing,

'Ugh.'

'It's nice, isn't it? Maybe I should order...'

I kicked her in the legs and she winced. After a minute or two of trying to avoid her advances of her fork, we landed on a nice topic to talk about since she had brought me the gifts she had gotten for me.

Much to say, she forgot the pencils.

She had finished her cheese cake with a lick of her fork and I leaned back to get into a comfortable position after so much movement.

'You can add another bear to your shelf.'

'I'll name one after you.'

She threw a look at me,

'I'm flattered.'

I laughed and she pinched me, for the very first time on the hand, and I flinched. I looked at her hard and the next thing she did was to say,

'Puni, puni.'

'What?'

She said it again and she reached over suddenly to poke me softly on the cheek. Smiling, she said the words once again and laughed. I then realised what she meant,

'I'm not squishy.'

'You certainly are.'

I raised my arm up and flexed,

'Meet Mister Bamboo.'

With that we both laughed.

-

Apart from Aki, I had a short conversation with A.K that went somewhat like this:

'3 to 5 hours of class. How about you?'

'2 to 4 hours.'

He waited for me to say something back, which I did, about a full minute later,

'Stress?'

'Not really. I'm quite relaxed actually.'

I sighed noisily, remembering that I had my design assignment to finish. I fished my pen from my pencil box and drew a small robot,

'When are your exams?'

'After the holidays. What exactly are you doing now?'

'My work.'

He kept silent for another minute and I stared at my screen, soon he answered back,

'Work?'

'I procrastinate.'

I was sure he was grinning or snickering, either one, it was his trademark action when I did something out of my usual self. I smiled inwardly when he said,

'I have to leave now.'

That was how it ended.

Procrastination is like making a cup of tea, procrastination is like choosing the right pen to use, procrastination is...

I laugh.

Don't we all procrastinate?

-

Then again,

Cheers!

Fighter.

Don't

Say

Lazy!

-

Preview, preview, preview!

One, two three!

Firstly, from the Mai-Hime SS 'Companion ~the tales of the Orion~' comes:

The third chapter of 'Companion'.

Coming soon to feeders, viewers and much more. Catch the third installment that now follows Natsuki, Shizuru and the fiery Meister Mai into the realm of the Burning that breeds in the deep Makkron Forest that borders the Land of Merros.

The above illustration was done for the draft cover of 'Companion', but then again, Production 797 said that I need not to rush for the cover design just yet.

Another time, for another day.

Secondly,

New on the list of the coming series of Mai-Hime SS, a collaboration with Ryou Aki, comes the a brand new Mai-Hime SS; titled, 'Sweet Liaisons'.

Summary below:

In the near end of the 19th century in Victorian England, comes the dangerous
game of love, desire, jealousy and power struggle. Along with it is the young Baron Kruger and her relation to the gentry. However, life isn't all that simply for the young Baron when precarious affairs start to grow at her front door; present, past and future.

Well, here is just a privilege quick illust for those who want to see what Natsuki would look like in this story:

*Note: I have placed Natsuki's title as Baron and not as Baroness for a valid reason. I hope that there is no confusion caused.

Thirdly,

Come heaven of hell, let me take you back seven years before 'Innocent Starters' and set foot onto a new scene of the prequel: 'Innocent Starter:
Exclusive.'

'Innocent Starters: Exclusive' will take one back to where and how Natsuki and Shizuru were separated after the end of the Carnival and show how they reunited after their separation of three years as stated in 'Innocent Starters'. It will delve personally into both their lives, their lifestyles, their guilt and of course their never-ending love that will eventually bring us back to where 'Innocent Starters' starts.

Seven years, but I'm sure it's worth it.

-

Now and then, I get under the influence of my friends, and get into a drive where I do practically nonsensical stuff like freezing my dessert and eating it a week later when it is freezing-icy solid. Hence that explains the picture above.

I had six brain freezes in five minutes; definitely not a nice experience. Then again, on a hot summer day, it is worth the freeze.

Ugh.

-

'Perfume Jukebox~remix' gets a head start, from it comes the first set of
bookmarks that I will be doing, and be given to those who bothered to ask for one.

Done and mounted by me, so don't expect a professional bookmark you get at those corner bookstores. The first simple one to lil'nutcase :

This one features Kisaragi Chihaya and Hagiwara Yukiho from Idolm@ster. The bookmark ranges from single to double. Featuring characters will be only from 'Perfume Jukebox~remix', that includes, guest star three girl band, Perfume.

So if one wants a Nao or a Chie, or whatever others than those mentioned...

Too bad.

-

Aki and I made a deal over the phone that I if I lose this bet that I made with her, I would have to do three quick illusts that she will describe on the spot, vice versa. Hence, over the phone the bet ensued, and after thirty minutes, there went my fingers.

Yet, unusually, this was what she wanted me to draw. Surprisingly
the first was:

The second:

The last:

When I noticed what I illustrating, I wanted to just tell my muse that all she needed to say was,

'Mai, Natsuki and Mikoto.'

Simple as one, two and three.

-

I walk, pretty fast.

Fast enough to say that I arrive at the station a good five minutes before an average person does to walk to the station. Impressive, but then again, why the rush?

Is it all about the destination? or the journey?

Do we spend our time to smell the flowers? Take a look at our surroundings?

Well, that is what he said.

Then again, when there is nothing to see, why waste the given time?

Time waits for no man.

-

Then again,

Cheers!
